Community Leadership Programs
The VLGA delivers community leadership programs that really make a difference.
In addition to our Local Women Leading Change program which supports women candidates standing for Council, we work closely with councils and communities to deliver bespoke leadership programs.
Our programs are designed to support and empower community leaders, provide them with the skills to advocate to council, influence decision making and take the next steps towards representing their community.
Community leaders come from all walks of life, and the diversity of interests, passions and perspectives always create lively and engaging conversations.
