The VLGA is offering our valued members the opportunity to join us for our series of complimentary workshops as part of our commitment to provide ongoing programs for our member councillors to continue to grow and develop their skills.
These workshops will provide an interactive and confidential forum to learn from and ask questions of those who are leaders in their fields.
This session will provide practical tips and tools for councillors to navigate a successful CEO performance review. The discussion will look at setting key performance indicators which align with the organisation’s strategic objectives, providing constructive feedback and negotiating contracts and remuneration.
Leading this discussion will be local government leader Jenny Scicluna and Dawn Bray, VLGA Head of Programs & Policy.

There will be the opportunity for you to ask questions and receive feedback on any situations you may have found challenging. Lunch and Learn workshops are free for VLGA Members.
