The VLGA is offering our valued members the opportunity to join us for our series of complimentary workshops as part of our commitment to provide ongoing programs for our member councillors to continue to grow and develop their skills.
These workshops will provide an interactive and confidential forum to learn from and ask questions of those who are leaders in their fields.
This session will explore a councillors role in handling complaints and will be led by Deputy Victorian Ombudsman and former local government CEO Kerryn Ellis.
